A PROJECT WITH A MISSION

CARTER aims to inspire social activism around issues surrounding masculinity in America, namely the obsession that leads to sexism, homophobia, and deteriorating mental health in young men to this day*.
It is a call to action. The film inspires us to be like Carter, questioning everything to make sure our loved ones are heard and safe. We should all be aware of the various warning signs and red flags that reveal the struggles going on behind the masks young men (and women) put on to survive.

A PROJECT WITH A VISION

This project is only the first steps on a path toward opening the door for a future feature length film, as well as short form content, all tackling emotionally provoking, socially conscious stories relevant to today.
We intend to submit CARTER into the Festival Circuit, including: SUNDANCE, CANNES, SXSW, OUTFEST, and so many more. Through the engagement in the circuit, we plan to use this film as a stepping stone for our projects, furthering impact in our communities..
